TV or not TV

Anyone able to tell me what would be a good start for KOREAN dramas or films? (In Korean with subtitles, of course.) I remember someone told me about a site with series, because I'd also like to get known to some Spanish series , again, with subtitles. And if by chance anyone happens to know where to turn for series in Arabian (standard) with subtitles... but hey, that might be asking too much, right?

I'll have a look around, though I prefer downloading versus streaming. I usually use jdramas, they have not only Japanese, but also Korean, Chinese and other stuff. :)
